We tried to create domestic software that will offer Russian milk processors a solution to the problems that arose due to the departure of large foreign automation software suppliers, such as Schneider Electric (France), Siemens (Germany) and Tetra Pack (Sweden - Switzerland), which entailed serious risks associated with the supply and maintenance of licensed software for process control systems in Russia.

The Syfora software platform is a new generation domestic product created by a team of experienced, highly qualified specialists. This is a software package for the design and implementation of process control systems of a modern enterprise, in particular brewing production. This is an open cross-platform system based on the NO CODE principle, compatible with various controllers and operating systems. This is an ideal solution for replacing sanctioned software of European origin on the Russian market, which until now has been the main automation software for brewing production in the Russian Federation. The functional characteristics of the platform are not inferior to foreign analogues. Moreover, the platform contains many fundamentally new and unique features.

MES development

Traditionally, we present our developments in the field of MES, which we have combined into a common MESbox platform, which allows for gradual digitalization of the enterprise at minimal cost. MESbox modules manage production tasks, monitor processes, calculate OEE, control quality during the production process, ensure traceability of processes and materials, collect and analytically process data, provide visualization of this analytics, ensure data exchange with enterprise ERP systems and various external systems, configure a variety of reports, etc. Our modules are universal, can work on the basis of any existing automation system and are designed to optimize the most complex and costly brewing processes.
